This website is run by Mangia Mangia Productions, København, Denmark. I am responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: mangiamangiaproductions@gmail.com.

What I collect

Only what you type into the commission form: your name, your email address, your message and the three choices (what, how big, how soon). Nothing else is collected.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and, if we agree, to prepare an offer and make your website. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in replying to messages (article 6(1)(f)).

Who handles it

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website and runs the small program that sends the form.
• Google (Gmail) delivers and stores the emails.

Both may process data outside the EU under the EU's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted 12 months after our last contact. If we work together, the emails are kept as long as the bookkeeping rules require (5 years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Write to the email above. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from this website itself. Sound only plays after you click.
